FMLA Compliance Package

I. Effective Communication.

One of the secrets to FMLA compliance is effective and timely communication with the employee and healthcare providers. The package includes suggested communication templates to address the most common needs that arise under the FMLA. The material provides the opportunity for employers to be consistent in addressing similar situations.

II. Guidelines and Worksheets

The Package includes a suggested methodology for employers to “work through” the legally required analysis.
